Decompression Load Analysis in Large Passenger Planes with Windshield Cracked

To prevent the possible accident of a large passenger plane due to rapid decompression, transient load analysis is vital importance in assessment structure strength and also an important clause airworthiness standard. A 0-D isentropic model 1-D based on characteristic line are developed simulate decompression process cockpit-cabin cracked windshield. The accuracy these models presented by comparing them with experiments 3-D CFD simulations. Then, applied study influence cabin cockpit volume, windshield panel area, compartments, environment pressure load. non-dimensional time evaluate characteristics, correlation equations established. relative deviation between results equation fit one-dimensional simulation less than 3%. This work provides new engineering method for design high low resource consumption.
